Applications and Use Cases
Additional areas can be joined with minimum labor using a welding machine. Thanks to welding machines that perform single or double-row welding produced with the latest technology, it is possible to create a safe and controllable insulation.
Building foundation and curtain wall insulation, terrace and garden terrace roofs, drinking water reservoirs, water tanks, lightweight metal roofs, irrigation channels, ponds, metro stations, railway, metro and highway tunnel projects
Advantages
It has a long lifespan.
It has high resistance to chemical and mechanical effects.
It has plant root resistance.
It also has high resistance to outdoor conditions with UV-resistant and carrier types.
Signal-layered products can be visually inspected.
It can be applied safely, easily, and quickly with special welding machines.
The joint's leak-tightness can be checked with double-row additional welding.
Packaging and Storage
Materials are shipped in rolls 1.6 – 2.1 m wide and 20 – 25 m long.
Materials should be stored on flat ground and in a closed area. Stored products should be kept away from direct sunlight, heat, and ignition sources. If PVC cover rolls need to be stored outdoors for a long time, they should be covered to protect them from sunlight. Smoking is not allowed in the storage area.

PVC geomembranes are PVC-based synthetic insulation materials used for water sealing, ground insulation, waste storage, water storage, pond construction, and other construction projects. Here is more detailed technical information about PVC geomembranes:
What is a PVC Geomembrane?
PVC geomembranes are flexible insulation materials made from PVC-based plastic films. They are usually sold in rolls and are used to provide waterproofing and ground protection on large surfaces. PVC geomembranes can be found in different thicknesses and properties.
PVC Geomembrane Production Process:
PVC geomembranes go through a production process that includes the following steps:
Material Selection: High‑quality PVC materials are selected for the production of PVC geomembranes.
Extrusion or Casting: PVC material is converted into sheets of the desired thickness by extrusion or casting.
Hot Air Welding: The edges of the PVC sheets are joined by hot air welding. This allows the sheets to be rolled and applied to large areas.
Quality Control: The produced PVC geomembranes are subjected to quality‑control tests. These tests evaluate waterproofing, durability, and other properties.
PVC Geomembrane Applications:
PVC geomembranes are commonly used in the following areas:
Waste Storage Areas: They are used in solid waste storage areas to prevent water leakage and provide environmental protection.
Irrigation Ponds and Water Storage Tanks: They are used in agricultural irrigation projects to preserve water and prevent leakage.
Water Sealing: They are used for waterproofing building floors and foundations in construction projects.
Pond Construction: They are used for lining natural or artificial ponds.
Environmental Protection: They are used to prevent soil loss in coastal areas, riverbanks, and erosion‑control projects.
Advantages of PVC Geomembranes:
The advantages of PVC geomembranes may include:
Waterproofing: PVC geomembranes prevent water penetration and provide waterproofing.
Durability: PVC material is resistant to most environmental factors and offers long‑term durability.
Easy Installation: Because they are sold in rolls, they are easily transportable and applicable.
Environmental Protection: They support erosion control and water protection in environmental projects.
Chemical Resistance: They are resistant to chemicals and can be used in chemical facilities.
PVC geomembranes are a reliable material widely used in water sealing and environmental protection projects. Depending on the specific requirements and conditions of the projects, PVC geomembranes of different thicknesses and properties can be preferred.
